Greetings To All,

 

We are just a few short weeks away from the beginning of our summer program and with that, I would like to give everyone a quick update on the program and times.

 

 

We will hold this meeting in our new Classroom at The Blacklick Woods Golf Course.  Just come into the golf shop and our staff will direct you to the meeting room. 

 

This meeting will again be very informative as we will begin incorporating The First Tee Curriculum into our summer programming.  We will explain how this will work and answer any questions.  Don’t worry, if you are unable to make this meeting, we will be sending many emails throughout the summer to get everyone educated.

 

We will also make some slight changes to procedures this year that should help our program run smoother. Those will also be discussed.

 

Finally during this meeting we will have a couple of forms for all volunteers and Professionals to fill out  if they have not already sent them to me. First, all staff (Board Members, Professionals, and Volunteers) must fill out the short form background check this season.  Second, we will have scheduling forms so that pros and volunteers can fill these out to let me know their availability through the program.  This will help me manage our programming needs.
